Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Always In Reach Foundation website (the "Site") or by participating in any program, service, or activity offered by Always In Reach Foundation (the "Organization"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or engage with our programs.

These Terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, partner organizations, program participants, and any other persons who access or use the Site or the Organization's services in any capacity.

About the Organization

Always In Reach Foundation is a Canadian non-profit organization committed to reducing food insecurity and material hardship among underprivileged children and youth. The Organization operates in a supportive and collaborative capacity, working alongside established child welfare systems, schools, and community service agencies.

The Organization is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and carries out its activities across the regions it serves in accordance with applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

Programs & Services

Always In Reach Foundation delivers the following programs and activities:

Monthly Nutritious Meal Program

Distribution of grocery packages and/or prepared meal kits containing balanced, nutritious food items to underprivileged children and youth. Distribution is carried out through community partner locations, schools, designated pickup points, and in some cases through direct delivery.

Clothing Support Program

Provision of essential clothing items for children and youth, including seasonal wear and emergency clothing support, distributed through community centres, school partnerships, and scheduled pop-up events.

School Supplies Support Program

Provision of school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, and other learning essentials, coordinated through schools, community centres, and back-to-school outreach events.

Child and Youth Support Partnerships Program

Collaboration with recognized child and family service systems — including child protection agencies, social service organizations, and licensed foster and group care providers — to deliver supplementary material support to children and youth in care.

Community Outreach and Coordination Program

Coordination with schools, social service agencies, and community organizations to identify youth in need and ensure timely access to resources, streamlining support delivery and avoiding duplication of services.

Eligibility

Program participation is intended for underprivileged children and youth as identified through our community partners, schools, and social service agencies. The Organization works within established referral and identification frameworks to ensure resources reach those most in need.

Always In Reach Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic under applicable Canadian human rights legislation. All programs are delivered in a manner consistent with the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of each individual served.

Donations

General

Donations made to Always In Reach Foundation are voluntary contributions that support the Organization's charitable programs and operational activities. All donations are subject to the following terms.

Use of Funds

100% of all donations go directly toward resources for the development of children's needs. Always In Reach Foundation is committed to ensuring that every contribution made is fully directed to the programs and supports that serve the children and youth we exist to help.

All Donations Are Final

Every donation made to Always In Reach Foundation is immediately put to work in support of underprivileged children and youth. Because contributions are directed entirely toward resources and programs the moment they are received, all donations are final and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you carefully review your donation details before proceeding with your donation. Your generosity makes a direct and lasting difference in the lives of the children we serve — thank you for giving thoughtfully.

Official Donation Receipts

Always In Reach Foundation is currently in the process of obtaining registered charitable status with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). At this time, official charitable donation receipts cannot be issued for donations received.

Always In Reach Foundation is committed to providing the necessary resources for the development of children's needs and is actively pursuing charitable registration. All donors, partners, and sponsors will be formally notified once charitable status has been granted, at which point official donation receipts will be issued for all eligible contributions going forward.

Third-Party Payment Processing

Donations processed through third-party payment platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. The Organization is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party processors.

Privacy & Personal Information

Always In Reach Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information collected in connection with its programs, donations, and website operations. The Organization collects, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Information We Collect

• Contact and identification information provided voluntarily by donors, volunteers, and program participants
• Donation amounts and payment-related information processed through secure third-party platforms
• General website usage data (non-personally identifiable) collected through standard web analytics
• Information shared by partner organizations for program coordination purposes, subject to applicable data-sharing agreements

How We Use Your Information

• To process donations and issue official charitable receipts
• To communicate program updates, impact reports, and organizational news
• To coordinate service delivery with partner organizations where applicable
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

The Organization does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party. Information shared with partner organizations is limited to what is necessary for program coordination and is governed by appropriate confidentiality agreements.

Partner Organizations

Always In Reach Foundation operates in a collaborative capacity with recognized child welfare agencies, licensed foster and group care providers, schools, community centres, and other social service organizations. The Organization's activities are designed to complement, not replace, the services provided by these established systems.

Partner organizations engaging with Always In Reach Foundation agree to use resources provided solely for the benefit of the children and youth they serve, to maintain appropriate records and accountability as reasonably requested, and to notify the Organization of any circumstances that may affect the safe or appropriate delivery of program supports.

Always In Reach Foundation reserves the right to suspend or discontinue resource provision to any partner organization that fails to uphold these obligations or whose activities conflict with the Organization's values, policies, or legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and program descriptions, is the property of Always In Reach Foundation or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may access, download, and print content from this Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Always In Reach Foundation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all information, content, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Always In Reach Foundation makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content.

The Organization does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Site at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Always In Reach Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any errors or omissions in the content of this Site
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Conduct of third parties in connection with the Site or the Organization's programs

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action and whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Organization has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

Always In Reach Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or participation in the Organization's programs following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
